Pancreatic Cancer - 73-year-old female

History
A 73-year-old female with history of pancreatic cancer and status post Whipple procedure. Patient presents with abdominal pain.

CT Findings
No abnormality seen on CT scan. Non diagnostic endoscopy.

PET Findings
Mid-abdominal region of moderately increased FDG uptake situated diffusely and below the liver in the midline. Mid-abdominal abnormality consistent with recurrent pancreatic carcinoma.

12.6 mCi FDG
